The acai berry is a red/purple fruit. It comes from Central and South America. The fruit resembles a cranberry, or a blueberry.

Is acai berry healthy? The acai berry is packed full of antioxidant power. It is thought that antioxidants fight diseases caused by stress, cancer, and heart disease.
